Songs by Reya Rivers are personalized digital products created specifically for you. Because of the time, effort, and creative energy involved in custom work, our refund policy differs from standard retail purchases.
This policy applies in addition to any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
Outside any statutory rights you may have, we offer the following commercial cancellation and refund options:
Before work begins
You are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided we have not yet started the composition or recording process.
After work begins
Once the creative process has started, all sales are final and no refunds can be issued.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. You are entitled to 2 free revisions to help ensure the song captures the sentiment you are looking for (see “Revision Policy” below).
We take our deadlines seriously. If we fail to deliver your song within the promised timeline, you will receive a full refund:
“Business days” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany.
Exceptions to the guarantee
This guarantee does not apply if delays are caused by:
Your purchase includes 2 free revisions. We want you to love your song.
What revisions cover:
Important: Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving your song.
What revisions do NOT cover:
Requests falling under “Not covered” may be subject to an additional fee, which we will always discuss with you in advance.
If the final song significantly differs from your order brief due to our error (for example, we used the wrong name or ignored a specific “do not mention” request):

Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method.
Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank and payment provider.
Please note: Stripe does not refund the processing fee it charges us on the original transaction, but this does not reduce any refund you are entitled to under this policy or by law.

In the case of clearly unwarranted chargebacks, we reserve the right to refuse future orders from the customer concerned.
