1. Services Offered
Reya Rivers (Andreas Schevzik) creates personalized custom songs based on information you provide. Each song is unique and tailored to your story.
2. Pricing
- Base price: $99 per custom song
- Optional add-ons: $9.99 each
- Rush delivery (48 hours)
- Instrumental track version
All prices are in USD and include VAT where applicable.
3. Order Process
- You submit your order through our website form
- Payment is processed immediately via Stripe
- You receive order confirmation via email
- We create your custom song
- You receive your completed song via email
4. Payment
- Full payment required upfront via Stripe
- Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, debit cards
- Payment is securely processed by Stripe
- You will receive a receipt via email
5. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days from order confirmation
- Rush delivery: 48 hours from order confirmation (add-on required)
- Songs are delivered digitally via email as MP3 files with lyric PDF
6. Delivery Guarantee
If we fail to deliver your song within the promised timeline:
- You will receive a full refund
- You will still receive the completed song at no charge
This guarantee does not apply if delays are caused by:
- Incomplete or unclear information in your order
- Lack of response to our requests for clarification
- Unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control
7. Revisions
- Two (2) revisions included in the base price
- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the song
- Additional revisions available for $15 each
- Revisions include: lyric changes, minor melody adjustments, name pronunciation fixes
- Revisions do not include: complete rewrites or different songs
8. Copyright & Ownership
- You own the song completely once delivered
- You may use the song for personal or commercial purposes
- You may share, distribute, or publish the song freely
- The song becomes your intellectual property
- We may request permission to use the song in our portfolio/marketing materials, but will always ask first
9. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information for song creation
- Ensure all information provided does not violate third-party rights
- Respond to revision requests within reasonable timeframes
- Do not use the song to defame, harass, or harm others
10. Refund Policy
Before work begins:
- Full refund available if you cancel within 24 hours of ordering
After work begins:
- No refunds once we’ve started writing your song
- You are entitled to your 2 included revisions
- If we fail to deliver on time, see Section 6 (Delivery Guarantee)
Exceptions:
- If the final product significantly differs from what was ordered due to our error, we will offer revisions or a full refund
11. Limitations of Liability
- We create songs based on the information you provide
- We are not responsible for emotional responses or reactions
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes or reactions from recipients
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the song
12. Content Guidelines
We reserve the right to refuse orders that:
- Contain hate speech, discrimination, or harmful content
- Violate copyright or third-party rights
- Promote illegal activities
- Are impossible to fulfill as described
13. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Weiden in der Oberpfalz, Germany.
